Following training from VocalEyes, The Vindolanda Trust volunteers and staff chose a selection of objects on display at both Roman Vindolanda Museum and the Roman Army Museum. These objects give you an insight into life here on the northern frontier of the Roman Empire, 2,000 years ago.
Listen to a curated selection of objects from both the Roman Army Museum and Roman Vindolanda Fort and Museum on Soundcloud. Please note, you do not need a Soundcloud account to listen to any of our tracks.
You can join an audio described tour of Vindolanda Roman Fort every third Sunday of the month at 10:30am. More information can be found on our website.
