Next Trench Talk: Monday 23rd September, 11:45am & 2:15pm.

This is the summer to Awaken Your Senses with the Roman Army Museum & Magna Fort’s accessible trench talks.

Using our multi-sensory projector we take you through our current archaeological research.

Experience live archaeological excavations with a multi-sensory experience from our accessible Activity Centre with fortnightly trench talks. The next one is on Monday 23rd September, 11:45am & 2:15pm.

You will get an update on the ongoing live excavations of Magna Fort, Milecastle 46 and the Vallum from our brand new, accessible, activity centre. Ask questions and experience an interactive map of the excavation site. In between talks, check out our Dig Diary for a behind the scenes look at the excavations throughout the season.

These are free to ticket holders of the Roman Army Museum.
